Daniel is an energetic real estate professional with a passion for life who loves working with and serving others. He enjoys being a part of the Baird and Warner Lincoln Park office. He is a task-oriented and detailed individual who loves to do all that he can for his clients when guiding them through the buying or selling process. Daniel started his professional career in the field of education and similar to that of a counselor/coach, he likes to incorporate aspects from his educational career, to ensure that clients are well informed about the step-by-step process. His goal is to help clients smoothly navigate the process from start to finish.

A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Daniel received his Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Communications from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. He completed an MBA with an emphasis in real estate from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis and has always had an interest in the urban landscape and housing.

He also has a degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs and believes that real estate is a vehicle that can provide infrastructure in areas to promote growth and/or community vitality. His passion for real estate centers on the...
