Daniel is an energetic real estate professional with a passion for life who loves working with and serving others. He enjoys being a part of the Baird and Warner Lincoln Park office. He is a task-oriented and detailed individual who loves to do all that he can for his clients when guiding them through the buying or selling process. Daniel started his professional career in the field of education and similar to that of a counselor/coach, he likes to incorporate aspects from his educational career, to ensure that clients are well informed about the step-by-step process. His goal is to help clients smoothly navigate the process from start to finish.

A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Daniel received his Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Communications from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. He completed an MBA with an emphasis in real estate from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis and has always had an interest in the urban landscape and housing.

He also has a degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs and believes that real estate is a vehicle that can provide infrastructure in areas to promote growth and/or community vitality. His passion for real estate centers on the role that real estate plays in helping to create sustainable, lively communities, especially in dense urban cities, like Chicago.

Daniel loves Chicago and defines himself as an urban explorer who is always willing to offer recommendations on the diversity of cultural options that make up the city of Chicago and the suburbs, from wonderful neighborhoods, to amazing restaurants, to the many attractions and events that take place throughout the city. Daniel’s main desire is to help others understand how buying and selling homes can help to enrich, energize and strengthen neighborhoods and help individuals find that special property here in the city that will allow them to contribute to the great fabric that is Chicago. He believes that real estate enhances economic growth by providing places for people to live, which in turn, contributes to the overall growth and vibrancy of a particular community. Daniel is passionate about helping others find their ideal home in their ideal neighborhood.

In his free time, Daniel is a fitness enthusiast and avid runner. You can always find him lacing up his shoes to run along the lakefront path anytime of the year. He is an endurance athlete and has completed many marathons and half marathons over the past 15 years, including 6 Bank of America Chicago marathons.
